Although we were very disappointed that our Toyota 4 Runner needed a head gasket or block at 140,000 miles, once we made the decision to purchase a new car all of these gentlemen went above and beyond t Runner needed a head gasket or block at 140,000 miles, once we made the decision to purchase a new car all of these gentlemen went above and beyond to aid us in our quest to find and purchase the right vehicle. All of the people we worked with were caring, congenial, competent and ready to go to the extreme to insure our satisfaction. In particular, Marc Beckenstein went out of his way to locate the car that we wanted since there was not one available at the particular dealership, and James Wong provided us with a wealth of knowledge about the Prius and its operation so that we felt comfortable driving home in the new car. Paul Leahy led us through the myriad of paperwork skillfully to complete the sales transaction. Overall, our experience with Freehold DCH Toyota has been excellent and we would be happy to recommend this dealership to anyone. Our thanks to everyone at Toyota! More

I feel that they gave us a pretty fair deal, but they are still trying to squeeze every dollar out of you. Many numbers changed between verbal agreement and actual paper signage. I feel that's excessive. They wear you down mentally even though we felt pretty prepared to do battle with an internet quoted price on a vehicle that didn't exist anymore. They gave us the price on a better vehicle, so they honored that part...sort of. Still not sure about the gap insurance for leasing. But my car insurance doesn't sell it. When you're working out your numbers, be sure to add in tax, because they change quite a bit from the advertisements. More

This customer experience is as good as it gets. We began our buying process on the web, followed by 2- test drives, which ended in closing for 2 -cars (1- new & 1-used). Everyone at Freehold Toyota was friendly and helpful. They took away the frustration of buying a new car with their professionalism. Nancy Lapell was extremely nice and easy to talk to. She greeted us as soon as we stepped in the door and moved the buying process along quickly. Jeffery Herman was very knowledgeable about the car i was b greeted us as soon as we stepped in the door and moved the buying process along quickly. Jeffery Herman was very knowledgeable about the car i was buying and even helped me get financing through dch toyota. He even stayed passed his normal working hours to close the deal, not getting aggrevated or upset over it even though it was a Friday night. Was very impressed with his professionalism. Paul Leahy was a little too abrasive for me. He tried selling me an extended warranty which I turned down 3 times. Each time I turned it down he go a little more agressive and upset. After the third time I turned it down he stated "When you break down on the highway and you don't have this extended warranty you can call your friend Fred (he is a friend that helped with the purchase) and thank him for not getting this." I just think that's totally unprofessional especially when I'm purchasing a close to $40,000 car. I'm very happy with the deal I got and the 4Runner is definatly the right choice. More
