Working with Vinny Vitolo was an absolute pleasure. He was patient, funny, and sincere. He walked us through every step of the leasing process and made sure that we were happy with the car we chose (2012 was patient, funny, and sincere. As we finished fairly late on Saturday, Vinny followed up promptly on Monday morning to see if we had any questions or problems. Once we had agreed on the deal Paul Leahy came over to us and introduced himself. This alone is unusual for most dealerships. He walked us through the business end smoothly and without pressure to accept anything other than what we had agreed on. We finished the paperwork in at least half the time of some other dealerships I have had the misfortune to work with. This is the fourth new Toyota we have acquired from DCH Freehold Toyota and we can strongly recommend them as a dealership in general, but specifically, we would absolutely recommend that you to ask for Vinny (and Paul). I went shopping for a vehicle today. There was a list of 5 vehicles from 3 dealerships on my "to do" list. Happily, for me, my first visit became my last choice. I was very pleased with the professional and 5 vehicles from 3 dealerships on my "to do" list. Happily, for me, my first visit became my last choice. I was very pleased with the professional and considerate treatment I received from Ian Salon. He patiently listened to the summary of what I was looking for and then recommended suitable vehicles for my inspection. What is ALWAYS the most difficult part of buying a vehicle - the price, was a collaborative effort by Ian and me. I had a definite number in mind and I feel that my expectation was adequately met by minimal "back and forth" negotiation. The oftentimes four hour sales pitch with the relentless "let me talk to my manager" is such a deal breaker for me. The process at Freehold Toyota was quite pleasant. Finally, Ian and Paul Leahy in the finance dept. have easy going personalities. We had some time to talk about some personal stuff and have a few laughs. I enjoyed the afternoon and expect to enjoy my new Toyota vehicle. More

I can honestly say that visiting DCH Freehold Toyota was the best decision I could have ever made when looking to purchase a car. Peter Magrino is the best cars salesman I have ever met. If there are three words to describe him as a salesman, they are: polite, helpful/informative, and cooperative. He made me feel comfortable when I was looking for a car at the dealership. I didn't feel rushed or pushed into purchasing a car I might not have been 100% certain about at the time. When I finally decided to purchase a car, he was very negotiable with pricing to get the best reasonable and realistic price for the car. To this day I am driving a used Honda Civic I got at Freehold Toyota and it is the best car purchase I could have made and it was all thanks to Peter. He is a man among many and I truly believe he deserves a raise or promotion because of all the hard work, time, and effort he puts in to satisfy his customers. Paul J. Leahy is also a very good employee of Freehold Toyota. He discussed the warranty with me and although I wasn't with him for long, he too was very polite and cooperative. More

For the past month I have been shopping for a Toyota. The Customer Service is excellent . My initial email request for a quote was answered within an hour by Diane Shain, followed up with a phone call asking about the car I am interested .Diane spent some time providing and explaining the details of the cars, answering questions, offering various options, and packages available.she made the car buying experience pleasant and above all she was the driving force for to visit DCH Freehold Toyota.Thank you Diane. Richard Mendelson ( Rich) was an excellent Sales Representative, he is Jovial ,patient and absolutely no pressure, resulting in a sale of our choice, at a price acceptable to us. We had great experience buying our new Rav4, Diane and Ritche are very respectful,helpful and professional. We never felt any kind of sales pressure during the buying process.Both of them was super friendly. The best virtue that both Diane and Ritchard possess is that they have same respect and same attitude before and after the sale deed is signed. This is what is more impressive about DCH freehold dealer ship.As far as pricing goes, they were also on the top of the list.I would highly recommend anyone to visit DCH .This was absolutely the best interaction I have EVER had in buying a car! We leased a new RAV4 tonight. Everyone at DCH Toyota made it a smooth, pleasant, and transparent experience. I have been involved in many car transactions because I help family members and friends navi made it a smooth, pleasant, and transparent experience. I have been involved in many car transactions because I help family members and friends navigate through the often muddy waters of the dealership experience. Here are the reasons why DCH Toyota is the complete OPPOSITE of the typical dealer: 1. DCH Toyota was the first to respond to my internet inquiry. I received two emails and a phone call from Regina within 10 mins of my request for a trade in quote. She was the exact opposite of the typical "Just come on in, I cannot give you any numbers over the phone." She actually volunteered some information on the current RAV4 lease special and then called me back with a quote in the EXACT format that I requested - only the first month's payment due at signing. A lot of salespeople just repeat whatever their manager tells them to say even if it does not match what the customer asked for. 2. By the time I called DCH Toyota back to schedule an appointment for the trade in inspection, Regina had already left for the day. Employees at your typical dealership would be reluctant to take over at this point or expect you to start all over with them. Diane said that she would be able to look up Regina's notes and have me setup with a salesperson when I got there. It was very seamless. 3. I was greeted as soon as I stepped onto the sales floor and introduced to our salesperson Dan. He was also able to see Regina's notes and to get the process moving along. He was actually finishing up a delivery at the time but was still able to get us started with the paperwork and the trade in inspection. Again, it was very seamless. There was no wasted time just sitting around. The typical dealer process involves a lot of waiting around so that you feel "invested" in the deal and are less willing to walk away when you hit a snag. DCH Toyota went out of their way to keep things moving. 4. We got our trade in quote quickly and Dan clearly explained their reasons for giving us the number that they did. The number was very competitive and we were able to quickly come to an agreement on the final lease price with Steve the sales manager. The typical dealer seems to the use the good cop/bad cop strategy to close deals. Everyone was a good cop at DCH Toyota. Steve demonstrated that he wanted to work with us and not against us. Even a minor credit issue was resolved very easily because Steve showed us the credit scores, money factors, and lease calculations. Everything was very transparent. No one was holding anything back. There were definitely no smoke and mirrors here. 5. Finally, Paul took us through the finance office like it was a stroll through the park. The finance office is where most deals that do not work out blow up. It is always something with car transactions. No two are alike. I have NEVER walked out of the finance office without something being different from what was originally agreed upon during the initial conversation over the phone. Most of the differences are due to honest mistakes like the initial quote being rounded down or someone using the wrong bank fee, destination charge, or sales tax rate. You sometimes have the aggressive finance manager who intentionally tries to make a little extra for the dealership and himself because he feels like the sales team "gave the car away." Paul was a complete gentleman. The final numbers matched to the penny and he explained exactly how the trade in would affect the deal (we were trading in a leased car for another lease). He did not rush us even though everyone was there way past the dealer's closing time. He did not pressure us into buying anything extra. All in all, this was the smoothest finance office experience I have ever had. I have bought multiple cars from Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Subaru, Ford, Acura, and Mercedes Benz. Something ALWAYS comes up in the finance office. It is as small as a $1 per month difference in the payment to as big as an extra point or two in the interest rate. I still cannot believe that Paul's numbers were exactly the numbers we had initially agreed upon. In summary, I would not hesitate to buy from DCH Toyota again or to strongly recommend them to friends and family. You usually have to choose between a pleasant buying experience and getting the best deal. I definitely got both tonight. Thank you to everyone at DCH Toyota. More

I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH NEW AUTO DEALERS SINCE 1988. I ACTUALLY DREAD IT NOW UNTIL WORKING WITH MICHELLE OVER THE INTERNET. SHE IS A VERY DETERMINED SALESPERSON BY STAYING WITH ME FOR THREE MONTHS UNTIL T ACTUALLY DREAD IT NOW UNTIL WORKING WITH MICHELLE OVER THE INTERNET. SHE IS A VERY DETERMINED SALESPERSON BY STAYING WITH ME FOR THREE MONTHS UNTIL THE NEW CAMARY HAD A SPECIAL. THE DEAL WENT SO SMOOTH I WENT BACK AND PURCHASED A AVALON ALSO. PAUL WSAS A BLESSING. I was greeted within minutes of my arrival by Vinney. He introduced me to Joe. I felt comfortable right away. I knew that I wanted the Venza in white with tan interior and a sun roof. The one I wanted was not on the lot. I came in on an early Saturday evening. Joe had located and received my car by Mon. I was so thrilled that he found it so quickly. I felt really special when I arrived to see that my car had balloons and a congratulations sign. I met with Paul F. and he was very friendly. All the people at the dealership were professional, knowlegable, and showed genuine concern. Many people whom I did not even deal with greeted me, congratulated me on my purchase and wished me good-luck! When I brought my car in for the seal coating and to have the window shields installed, Paul had arranged a loaner car for me. I didn't even have to ask for one. He eagerly offered it. This was a first for me. The people in the service department were equally professional and friendly. From beginning to end, this was without a doubt the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I am looking forward to a continued relationship with Joe and Paul.
