I advise anyone reading this to NEVER purchase a vehicle from this dealership. After completing the purchase, the salesman had the BRAND NEW vehicle detailed and stated there were no scratches or issues wit from this dealership. After completing the purchase, the salesman had the BRAND NEW vehicle detailed and stated there were no scratches or issues with the vehicle. It was pouring down rain but after reviewing the car, I found a massive scratch right away which come to find out the detail shop saw and never said anything. I had to follow-up every day for a WEEK just to get this issue resolved and the issues just continued from there. After the dealership registered the vehicle with the DMV a few weeks later, they asked me to pay an additional $450. After further investigation, it turned out the dealership used the WRONG tax rate! This dealership seemingly cant execute pretty basic elements of selling cars so please take your business elsewhere! More

This was my first time buying a new Toyota. I spent many years driving Audi, Mercedes and BMW. I was very impressed by the showroom and how I was greeted when arriving at the dealership. I was introduced to the sales manager Brian who took the time to answer any questions I had about the buying process. When all was done, Paul in finance took good care of me and reviewed all of the products available for my new car. Paperwork was all ready for me to sign. The entire process at Freehold Toyota was awesome and the staff backed that up. I would highly recommend this dealership! More
