Nice car, feelings of being cheated after leaving Purchased a Volvo XC60 T6 R Design. We traded in a 2012 Lexus RX 350 in great shape. The trade-in manager told us he was lowering the value by $800. The trade-in manager told us he was lowering the value by $800. because the front bumper needed to be replaced, a small crack at the bottom of it. I believed them. Than they put the car out in front of the dealership and sold it without doing the repair. The same small crack was on it when we drove by and took pictures. So they defrauded me and the person who purchased the car soon afterwards. Does that sound like FRAUD or were they just LYING through their teeth ? Definitely put a bad taste in my mouth, and I will be sure to spread the word. Alot of vehicles are sold in my area, and I guarantee I'll cost them at least one sale by telling everyone I know. Maybe more, huh ? Hate underhanded sleazy car dealerships that pull this crap, don't you ? No wonder people think they are being screwed when they come to these places, because they are. STATE OF NJ: "New Jersey has detailed laws to help make sure that car dealers treat consumers fairly and honestly. The Consumer Fraud Act (CFA) prohibits fraud, deception, misrepresentation, omissions, and unconscionable commercial practices when dealers advertise or sell a vehicle to you." May need to go check that out !! More

Everything from sales to service are excellent and the best of any dealership across any brand we've purchased from. The sales team is supportive, responsive, and does not put unnecessary pressure on you. When the vehicle specs we wanted could not be found in inventory, effort was made to make adjustments in their orders to get ours in the queue as efficiently as possible. As repeat customers, we were also very happy with the price point the team was able to get for us. We do not typically purchase additional plans and warranties, but the Smythe service department has been so great over the last 2 years that we went ahead and purchased the maintenance plan without hesitation.
