He was friendly and patient and never made me feel pressured to purchase. Paul is a very caring person and made my car buying experience a pleasure. I would highly recommend him to any one I know. I brought my wife back to meet the sales consultant ( Bob Cerza ) prior to our purchase. She pulled me aside in the showroom and said, “now I understand why you drove almost 40 miles, passing two other Volvo dealers along the way to come here!” Bob is incredibly knowledgeable and speaks openly with integrity and honesty. He was completely accessible throughout the process. All these years of searching and frustration to find an honest, “old school “ dealership ended here at SMYTHE VOLVO! Bob and Smythe Volvo in my opinion are the benchmark for all others to be judged! More

New car leasing experience My wife and I work in an industry that, typically, puts us in different cities and pays for rental cars for us, so we haven't had a car of our own in My wife and I work in an industry that, typically, puts us in different cities and pays for rental cars for us, so we haven't had a car of our own in nearly four years. Now that we have our son, though, we decided it would be more convenient to have one permanant vehicle, so we wouldn't have to keep swapping out car seats and kid stuff. I heard our Costco membership provided discounts on new cars and that month there was a special on Volvos. So getting a Volvo was a no brainer with their excellent safety ratings, to keep our boy safe, and luxurious appeal to keep my wife & I comfortable. Everyone at Smythe was very friendly and helpful from the start and the Costco deal only made the buying process that much smoother. Our salesman, Paul, helped keep every part of the process seamless, even when we went out of the country for a few weeks right in the middle of it all! We let him know once we returned and a few days later we were on the road in our new XC90 without a single hiccup. My wife and I can have crazy, ever changing schedules, as well, and Paul rolled with all of it, accommodating us having to cut a meeting short and a few last minutes appointment time changes. Smythe Volvo came through for the win! More
