I've been in the car business now for over 15 years and have been working with the Smythe Volvo family for a number of years now. Besides working with the best people in the industry here at Smythe, I also love working with our customers and providing them with the best possible car buying experience in a relaxed atmosphere in a state of the art showroom . My favorite Volvo is the Volvo S60T5 AWD Inscription. It's sporty drive and aggressive styling and handling make it a pleasure to drive. When I'm not at Smythe I enjoy spending time down the Jersey Shore with my family and friends…cooking and travel.

Exceptionally pleasurable experience; family atmosphere Searched for a CPO XC70 for quite some time, and Smythe was by far the friendliest and most relaxing dealership I worked with during the entire proces Searched for a CPO XC70 for quite some time, and Smythe was by far the friendliest and most relaxing dealership I worked with during the entire process. I can genuinely state that the entire dealership is characterized by a family-type atmosphere (which most claim, but rarely achieve) that makes the purchase experience extremely smooth and pleasurable. This not only extends to Paul Leary, who was absolutely awesome to work with, but to others such as Gabe, one of the preowned managers, who I chatted with on more than one occasion regarding various models and their respective strengths, as well as items to take note of mechanically over the long-term. Kevin, the finance manager, was also very pleasurable to work with. Overall, everyone is extremely friendly and transparent, and I genuinely wanted to buy my car here even though I cast a fairly wide net in the search. Just to drive this point home, I was actually slated to buy an XC70 from another dealership in CT, but the experience was so laughably and remarkably abysmal and unnecessarily adversarial that I ultimately broke the deal and opted to wait until Smythe got something in that we wanted. Glad we waited, and if voting with one's dollars isn't indicative of the quality of a dealership, not sure what is. Highly recommend the Smythe team, and looking forward to picking up a new V60 in the coming year. More

Purchase of Used S80-Excellent Service and Support by Smythe After searching for a pre-owned car for our daughter for a month with various used car dealers, direct owners and new car dealers all over NJ and PA, After searching for a pre-owned car for our daughter for a month with various used car dealers, direct owners and new car dealers all over NJ and PA, we ended up back at Smythe Volvo and bought a used Volvo S80 with 100K miles. It was in excellent condition with a full CarFax history. Having bought two other Volvo's from Smythe over the past ten years we were confident that we could believe what they said about the condition of the engine/car without taking it to our normal car mechanic for inspection. Paul Leary was our sales person who helped us throughout the process and was extremely patient and helpful. When we went to pick up the car everything was in order. Our daughter is happy and as parents we are very satisfied knowing we have Smythe Volvo backing us up in a very safe car for our daughter. More
