Paul Leary spent a lot of time helping us understand all the new technology and arranged the loan of a similar vehicle to the one we were buying; so, we did not miss our skiing trip to Vermont over the President's Day weekend. We were able to test drive for four days a car very similar to the one we were planning to buy. That seemed very generous to us. We found the service of everyone at Smythe to be friendly and helpful. Without being overbearing, they let me know that they were there to help in any way possible - and personally called to help me with my appointment. Once my wife and I arrived at the dealership, we saw that the cars were in excellent shape and Paul Leary was a delight to work with. He did everything to make us feel comfortable and took the time to walk us through the details of the car we were reviewing. He was quick to pick up on our previous Volvo experience and realized he could focus on certain details without necessary trying to "sell" us a car we already knew we wanted.
