Since it went so well, we decided to upgrade our second car to a 2013 xc60 with 35.5k miles. Again no pressure. A great experience both times. Excellent Service by an exceptional Smythe team We have purchased many Volvos from Smythe over many years. The service, knowledge and friendly family atmosphere keep us coming back. Our last purchas We have purchased many Volvos from Smythe over many years. The service, knowledge and friendly family atmosphere keep us coming back. Our last purchase was with Tom, who since retired and now both Paul and PJ stepped in without missing a beat. I called and asked to speak with one of the managers. When I was referred to PJ, I explained that as a long-time customer, I needed to speak with someone knowledgeable about a new S90. He just said, 'start talking. I'm listening'. After I explained what I needed, he kept in contact until we had the car and price point. Paul Leary took us on a test drive and explained all the new features, far beyond the S80 we were retiring. Paul also took care of the delivery, discussed Service and again went through the features and made sure we were comfortable before driving home. The following day, Paul called to follow-up, just to see if he could be of additional assistance and offered to provide another lesson on the technology, should we desire. All in all, a great way to purchase or lease a car. More
