Nissan North America refunded the charges after I had my lawyer contact them. Changing the rating from 1 star to 2, as it still was not a good experience as the dealership did not / does not advocate for their customers with Nissan North America. Further, the original issue with the transmission, a "judder", returned once since the repair was made. More
