Greg made sure we had something to drive while we worked through the process and urged us to take our time and make the best decision for our needs. Paul was terrific and so patient as we looked at tons of used and new cars... at least 10 different models. Larry and Don with VW made sure we knew everything about the models we were deciding between, and never tired of our requests to look at yet another car! Aaron made the final purchase quick and easy, and we couldn’t be happier with our new Atlas! They truly made us feel like family!! More

I was disappointed, however, in the extremely low trade in that Paul Lee did a wonderful job helping me choose a vehicle and expediting it’s purchase. I was disappointed, however, in the extremely low trade in that the management offered me, and that they did not offer me much of a discount. I had, in writing,a cash purchase price from Driver’s Way which is the only reason Royal raised my trade in to an acceptable level. I’m glad we were able to come to an acceptable trade in price, and I was able to purchase the truck I wanted. More

We happen to stop by Royal on Saturday when it was closed and saw this SUV, it was just what we wanted. I called to ask about it on Monday and talked to a gentleman name Mr. Paul Lee he answered all my questions and ask if we would like to come test drive it, I explain to him at this time I didn't have a way to get there so he offered to bring the SUV to me. Mr. Paul drove the SUV to my home. I drove the SUV and loves it so I went back with Mr.Paul to Royal and Thanks to Mr. Paul Lee (salesman) and Mr. Micah Murphyi (sales mrg) my husband and I found and bought us the perfect SUV. More
