A bit disappointing I had bought a vehicle here recently, they do carry a good inventorty of nice vehicles with good prices. The salespeople and staff are pretty friendly and most of my experience was pretty good, The problem came when I brought another person in to purchase a vehicle there as well and I inquired about a referral, which I was told that I would recieve for bringing business their way. I didn't recieve said referral reward and when I inquired about it I was told that they had forgotten to write into the deal and they couldn't do it now but they would figure something out, that was three weeks ago and I haven't heard anything about it. I don't like being mislead, nor disregarded, if you tell someone you're going to do something, you should follow through and do it, that's just good business. More

I especially appreciated that he didn't push the sale aggressively like most salesmen do, but let the conversation progress naturally. This led to an overall pleasant and low-stress car purchase process. And I imagine that isn't the case for most people in this situation! He even took the time to polish the car himself to ensure we drove off the lot with 'all of the new car feels,' instead of waiting for staff to do it. Just an overall good experience with a good guy! I emailed hoping to see a couple cars and Paul L left me a voicemail immediately letting me know they were both in stock and he would have them both ready for a test drive. I test drove 6 cars at 4 different lots before I got to this particular lot. Paul was AMAZINGLY honest, helpful and kind. I could tell he cared about good service and ensuring I was happy and completely on making a sale though we know that’s what he needs to do to make a living. Ultimately my purchase was made because of the genuine kindness and honesty of this salesman. I can see right thru the others who will tell you what you want to hear in order to complete their sale- even felt I may have gotten a lil scammed by the finance dept here when a warranty was basically added into my loan without sharing the exact figures without a warranty- excellent tactic for a loan officer to make his office some money but bad for a customer who feels like theyve been duped, but in the end I wanted a warranty anyway- just would’ve liked more transparency with the loan portion. Other than that- I will never go to another salesman- Paul L completely cared and has won over a lifetime customer! More
