Best Car Buying Experience EVER!!!!! We purchased our L-Certified GS 350 yesterday - Initially found the car on the Treasure Coast Lexus website. The site was easy to navigate and my hu We purchased our L-Certified GS 350 yesterday - Initially found the car on the Treasure Coast Lexus website. The site was easy to navigate and my husband quickly found the info we needed. He called the dealership and spoke with Paul Licuasi early Black Friday morning - we were at the dealership and test driving the car early that afternoon. Everything Paul told us was right on target. We liked his low key nature and knowledge of the vehicle and it's features. Next we met Tina Klein Right away we all got a good chuckle as introductions were made .... Tina and Paul ..... meet Tina and Paul..... LOL Tina then provided us with additional information about the vehicle and it's history, and appraised our vehicle for trade in. The negotiations were conducted fairly with an attitude of "let's make this work" - I like that there was no "high pressure" tactics. Before you know it we were filling out the paperwork and then meeting with Steve Kritikos who handled all the paperwork a to complete the transaction efficiently. We went over warranty options and were given choices, again, no pressure. Then, we met Rick Russell for vehicle delivery - "Mr. Technology" expertly and patiently, made sure we knew how to use all the bells and whistles on the vehicle, this is our 3rd Lexus, and I never had a dealership go over the how to operate the features in the car before. We left the dealership with our cell phone already working hands free, our radio tuned to our favorite stations, a few Sirius Radio stations set up and even our seats positions all set in memory. Overall a very pleasurable experience - thanks to the Dream Team at Treasure Coast Lexus! More

My husband and I have worked with Paul since we met him in mid-2012 when we leased our first 2013 Lexus RX350. In 2015, we leased our second. And, this past week, we leased the 2017 RX350. I had been texting Paul over the last few weeks about the Lexus, as I was not sure I liked the new body style. He patiently waited for us to look at other high end SUVs before we came back to him. We decided to stay with Paul and lease the new RX350. He showed us the vehicle, gave us all the upgrades and made the sale work for us both. Paul does not push you into a sale. howard kent knowing that i had purchased 13 lexus vehicles over the last 25 years, howard understood he did not have to sell me hard re buying a new gx460. i to knowing that i had purchased 13 lexus vehicles over the last 25 years, howard understood he did not have to sell me hard re buying a new gx460. i told howard that i hated to part with my 2009 lx460, that it was clearly the best lexus i had ever owned, that i thought of trading for a new 460 in recent years but didn't like the third-seat section and, more recently, the ugly front grille (ugh!!!!!!!!!!). he easily explained the 2018 model to me, noting the vast improvements, etc. i told him what color i wanted, what accessories, etc., i wanted -- and done deal. team lexus found my car very quickly, and three days after we agreed on a deal .... i was driving the car away from the dealership. for his part, howard could not have been more eager, more professional, more engaged throughout the sales and trade-in process. it was a pleasure to deal with howard, and also with paul (who was on top of his game when he filled in for howard on howard's long-scheduled day off), and the rest of the treasure coast team. very happy with everything. thanks. mark r. mulvoy More

When I test drove the vehicle I purchased, I noticed the f On the above date, I rated this dealership and my salesman. Now here is a 3 month update. When I test drove the vehicle I purchased, I noticed the front left wheel seemed to have an issue. When I questioned the salesman about it, I was told "it's just from the car sitting and that once it driven it would round out." Well that was not the case. About 1000 miles later to include a 4 hour trip the wheel/tire still is not right and still doing the same thing. I contacted my salesman and unfortunately did not receive a response. Now granted I did purchase the vehicle "as is" but at the same time, I did inquire about this time before I bought it. Would I recommend this dealership? Yes, if purchasing new, if used no. More

Pierce to lease a car, but after looking at 3 other dealerships, I went online. Shaun Bozorg from Treasure Coast Lexus contacted me and after a few minutes of speaking to him he gained my trust. We discussed all the details, came to an agreement, he put everything down in an email including the vin number of the car I was interested in. I was concerned about driving an hour and a half to find a different car or added fees.To our pleasant surprise the only surprise we had was the fact that everyone we dealt with at Treasure Coast was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Everything Shaun promised was there. Paul Licausi took over and was extremely kind and helpful.We test drove the car and he answered all of our questions in a very pleasant way. Besides doing the paperwork efficiently and explaining everything, he was considerate enough to transfer our belongings from our old Lexus to the new one, being careful to place the items in the same location they were in our old car. He was a pleasure to deal with. Then Rick Russell took over to explain all the gadgets. He made it very simple and took his time explaining everything. He was extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. A great personality. My wife and I would heartily recommend this dealership to any of our friends. The owner should be extremely proud of his employees. More
