Easy process for out of town buyer I recently flew down to Ft. Pierce in order to purchase a certified pre-owned GX460 that I had found online through the Lexus Certified site. Paul was I recently flew down to Ft. Pierce in order to purchase a certified pre-owned GX460 that I had found online through the Lexus Certified site. Paul was helpful throughout the process - he answered my questions about the vehicle, took additional pictures, described every imperfection that he could find, described the smell of the interior, etc. Basically I had to rely on him to be my eyes and ears until I could see the vehicle for myself. When I arrived in Ft. Pierce, I found the vehicle to be exactly as he described. In fact it exceeded my expectations. Paul stayed past closing time so that I could take the vehicle for a spin, finish up the paperwork and get a tech tutorial from the staff all before he followed me to a local rental car facility so that I could return my rental car. In short, Paul was honest, professional, and went beyond the call of duty to ensure that I had a top notch car-buying experience. More
