We felt he was truly helping us to make it a good deal for us by tryi We bought a Chevy Traverse today from Imperial with Paul Macchi as our salesman. We felt he was truly helping us to make it a good deal for us by trying to negotiatate internally for the best trade in value for us. At the end of the day I'd say he did his job for us and Imperial. While we didn't get everything we asked we compromised so we felt good about the purchase. The process we nice, no pressure. We threw him a few curve-balls, like changing our choice of cars, midstream and he was understanding and accepted that we as customers were entitled to change our minds. The visit with the finance department was equally professional without pressure. I have been there before for service of my existing Chevy Malibu and it's the most low key dealership I've experienced. I'd recommend to those looking for a new car to check them out. More

Went Looking for one vehicle and ended up purchasing two This review is for the Salesperson (Paul Macchi) who braved the hot sunny afternoon to greet us and assist in finding the right SUV for my better half This review is for the Salesperson (Paul Macchi) who braved the hot sunny afternoon to greet us and assist in finding the right SUV for my better half :) and then helped to find the best truck to fit my needs. After a quick discussion with Paul M. he then pointed out several vehicles compare, never being pushy or even acting as the usual Car salesman everyone seems to expect at a dealership. We test drove one and when we arrived back , Paul M had already singled out several more vehicles. After comparing features and another test drive , we found the perfect car our needs. Paul M provided the best car sales experience ever, he was attentive to our needs and wants. After a quick trip to Dave Kerr for finance we moved onto a Ford 150 xlt Lariat for myself. We finished the financing for the truck the next day and Paul M was there to meet us and help to finish up our second car purchase that weekend. Paul followed up with us even after we took possession of the vehicles to make sure we were more than happy. If you are looking for a no hassle car purchase, look up Paul M at Imperial Chevrolet.
