I was treated like a respected, valued customer, which I appreciate. Everyone at the dealership was personable. It was an easy transition to my third lease. More

Unfortunately there was miscommunication on both parts from the beginning and several unpreventable hurdles (mainly the bank) in the delivery process. She ended up not being able to get the approval she wanted because the bank would not accept her power of attorney and let her sign for her husband so we had to go through USAA. The original deal also included budgeting a loaner vehicle in to cover her rental while the vehicle was shipped to her husband in Hawaii but because she had to go through USAA that was not an option. Even so we did agree to provide a loaner car for when her car was shipped to Hawaii. We did everything within our power to expedite the process and she was fine up until the point of getting the letter I sent to her edited for the purpose of defrauding the insurance company who was paying for the damage done to her trade in. When I refused to take part in such unlawful practices the unsatisfactory review was posted. She did end up waiting all day but it was because she never emailed or faxed us her power of attorney instead brought it at time of delivery and none of the banks would accept it. All said issues were overcome and she seemed satisfied until I would not help her participate in insurance fraud. We are a legitimate, lawful and above board company and I stand by that statement. Sincerely, Brian Howe

Funny how he continuously uses the unlawful and fraud statement. It was his word Brian said the vehicle was worth $14,500 then due to the accident it was now worth only $11,000.00. I was able to get $11,500.00 for the vehicle I traded in. So that is a decrease of $3,000.00. So I only wanted a letter stating the loss of $3,000.00 as he originally said due to the accident. So this is why I disagreed when he said it was now only a loss of $1,000.00. He couldn't keep his story straight. It was only fraud coming from his mouth when he lied to me telling me what the car was worth due to the accident. Either way this letter was not the only problem. I had the power of attorney from day one with me the entire time. He knew about it from day one. If they had done their part they would have spoken with the bank and had this all set before I came back in. He has poison spewing from his mouth. He blames this all on this letter, but it was problem after problem. My father had to come with me and witnessed the entire deal. He had a bad taste in his mouth and found it unbelievable that he so conveniently forgot about the certification, no payments promise, nothing was organized and the cloth protection was never dealt with and the car rental. Either way this gentlemen is supposed to be representing GMC not a great representation. If all he can say is that its fraudulent then he will just need to record what comes from his mouth because all I asked for was a letter stating that he write a letter stating how much the car was worth with out an accident as the insurance company requested not for my own personal satisfaction. So basically he lied and it wasn't due to an accident that it decreased he just swindled $3,000.00 from me when in actuality the car was really worth $13,500 with an accident and $14,500 without is what I'm getting from him not doing what the insurance company requested. I only got $11,000.00 for my vehicle that was worth $14,500. So my advice to those who are thinking about trading don't settle for less then what other car dealers quote you with the programs they use to determine your vehicles worth. Again I wasn't fine up until the letter it was just the last straw that I'd been cheated and lied to too many times. Again I've never ever wrote a negative comment about any business or product in my life that's how cheated I feel. I was very close to walking out on the deal because I had been there for way too many hours my dad was furious and was trying to get me to walk away from the deal and said you shouldn't have to deal with this. So again maybe not all the dealers in this dealership are not too bad. I've seen some good quotes and some positive remarks for different customers. You may take my comments with a grain of salt I just wanted to give my experience so one may go in prepared for his tactics. When you are promised something get it in writing and get good solid quotes from several dealers and online programs to determine your vehicles worth. Best Regards
