For Charles to be new, he was amazing! He was very informative about the truck! Any and every question we had he was on top of it to answer the best he could! After getting home, we had another question, so we text him on a Sunday and he was still answering questions! We raised concerns about our monthly payments and he worked around that and made it to there we had exactly what we were looking for including our dream truck! I would 10 out of 10 recommend Charles to anyone looking a vehicle! More
