I was surprised how upper management clutched their pearls when I suggested the car dealership might be sneaky with the add ons. I'm still not sure if it was just another gimmick or if I just hurt their poor wittle fee-wings. I must admit they did as I thought they should in the end, but certainly not in the manner I would have expected. I think some de-escalation training could be helpful. More

Found the truck online and called the dealership. Everyone I talked to was very polite and I was able to take a look at the truck that same day.
