Agreed to Buy a car. They sold it to someone else. Horrible. My experience with Flagship Motorcars began on March 31st when I initially inquired about a Range Rover at your dealership. I received contact fro My experience with Flagship Motorcars began on March 31st when I initially inquired about a Range Rover at your dealership. I received contact from both Michael and Samuel. So far, so good. I replied to Samuel, and received no response. I received a response days later that completely ignored my questions about the vehicle, and read more like an automated response. So, I asked my questions again. To my surprise, I received another cookie cutter reply with zero answers to any of my questions. At this point, I emailed both Michael and Samuel and expressed my frustrations. They replied and insisted they thought the other had answered my questions - which was not the case, or that the emails had gone to spam - also not the case. I finally made progress and got my questions answered as well as pricing from Samuel. I let him know I was a cash buyer, and once he told me the price of the vehicle, I responded in less than 30 minutes via email and said I would purchase the car with cash immediately. He said he would "forward on my information". This was Sunday. Monday rolls around and by the afternoon I still had not heard anything from anyone at Flagship about my purchase. I followed up with Samuel via email. To my surprise, Samuel informed me that they had a buyer come in and place an offer on the vehicle with pending finance. You can imagine how frustrated I was, because the previous day I had already agreed on a purchase price and was waiting for wire information to send over the money. The vehicle has now been pulled from their website. I never imagined trying to spend $70,000 with a company would be so difficult. I'm now told the other buyer's financing fell through, but that Flagship Motors is allowing him to "try again" with a different cosigner. All the while they had another buyer - me - ready with cash to purchase the vehicle. Let's also not forget that I had already agreed on a purchase price prior to this buyer ever being in the picture. I checked reviews before ever contacting Flagship Motor Cars and found that they had great ratings overall. After reading my experience above, I'm sure you'll have no difficulty understanding that at this point, my review would is far from 5 stars. To say that I am extremely disappointed would be an understatement. That said, it seemed to me that my experience at Flagship was not on par with the standard set for the dealership. I thought I would at least reach out to the general manager of the dealership, Paul McDaniels first and give him the opportunity to rectify this situation before I shared my experience. Paul got right back to me and told me he was extremely embarrassed about the situation and would talk to both Michael & Samuel and get back to me the following afternoon. I heard from Michael the following afternoon around 2:30PM who told me the vehicle was now available. Great! Sounds like Paul had made sure the vehicle was mine.Shouldn't have been an issue since I made an offer and the offer was already accepted. I called Michael, asked for a full invoice and wire information so I could send over the payment. Michael transferred me to Franco, who I was told would be finalizing my purchase. Okay, fine, four people later - let's see if I can actually purchase this vehicle. I talk to Franco and he starts telling me how great the vehicle is, the black exterior, interior, and black wheels bring it together. Great! But wait a second, the vehicle I had inquired and made an offer on didn't have black wheels. THEY TRIED TO SELL ME A DIFFERENT VEHICLE. Unbelievable. Not only was the vehicle a v6 instead of a supercharged v8, it also had 30,000 miles MORE. I can't believe I was still giving this dealership a chance. I told Franco that was not the vehicle I was inquiring about. He assured me it was. I asked to be transferred to Paul, the general manager, but my request was ignored. Franco went on to tell me about how great the vehicle he was referring to was, but I didn't want it. I asked for Paul again, and again was ignored. Finally, I demanded to speak with Paul, the general manager, and explain my frustrations and the situation. Paul made it seem like I was at fault for the misunderstanding (or the several misunderstandings that seemed to happen over and over). Even though there was a clear trail that I forwarded to Paul that showed which vehicle I was inquiring about, a response from me with more questions, a response from the dealer with more answers, and so on. Back and forth about the vehicle I was originally inquiring about. I thought it would end there, but it doesn't. Franco calls me back a few hours later to tell me that his company made no mistake, that I am at fault, and that his dealership and he would acknowledge no wrong doing. He was rude, disrespectful, and condescending. End of the day, I'm not getting the vehicle I made an offer on, and my offer was accepted on. I am getting a horrible experience from Flagship Motor Cars and will NEVER do business with them again. I gave the dealership every opportunity to rectify this situation before posting my review, but they made no effort to do so and instead decided to attack ME - the customer. More

My first Mercedes I first stopped in flagship motors to test drive the new Mercedes 450 GLE coupe. My BMW X6 lease was about to expire and after seeing the GLE on t I first stopped in flagship motors to test drive the new Mercedes 450 GLE coupe. My BMW X6 lease was about to expire and after seeing the GLE on the road I had to test drive it.. I loved it ! My salesman Sean Bresnahan worked real hard with me answering all of my questions and financing criteria to make this deal happen .. The whole staff was professional and courteous . I can thank them for making me a proud Mercedes owner. More

Turn around I was impressed with the way they turned my first experience there from a negative, to my second experience into an absolute positive. Kari could not I was impressed with the way they turned my first experience there from a negative, to my second experience into an absolute positive. Kari could not of been more accomodating. She took the time to explain everything and never made my wife or I feel riushed. As far as the managment team of Paul and Nick I couldn't of been more pleased. They repeatedly asked if everything was to our satisfaction and sincerely seemed to care that we had a positve experience. My wife and I are extremly happy with the car, but one comment. We both feel that the car could be a little more user friendly. Manual seems to be complicated. This could be because we are coming out of a BMW, but that being said there are somethings that could be made easier to get over the hump of the learning curve. This in no case is a negative reflection on the sales team. Again we where more than happy with our experience. More

Flagship Motorcars Being a first time buyer of a Certified pre-owned Mercedes, I have to say that it was a wonderful experience because of my sales manager Julia. I was amazed at all the attention I received from her and how detail oriented she and her assistant Paige were. Julia was truly hands on with my purchase following up with me to make sure that I was satisfied and if I had any questions or concerns. All the folks at Mercedes that I met with were also courteous and helpful. I am extremely satisfied and will recommend Julia and her associates at Flagship Motorcars to my friends and family. Bait and Switch In July of 2014 I purchased a 2014 S 550 cash sale from Flagship Motorcars. Paul, the GM told me for a full 30 days, after I put down a deposit that In July of 2014 I purchased a 2014 S 550 cash sale from Flagship Motorcars. Paul, the GM told me for a full 30 days, after I put down a deposit that he was waiting on the title for me to finish the purchase. Every day I called and was told, "It should be here in the mail tomorrow", "It didn't come today, it will be here tomorrow or the next day"...this went on for a full 30 days. I recieved a phone call on August 29th stating that the title was there and I could pick up the car. I drove to the dealership (one hour from my house) and they told me they did not have the title!!!! I was furious. Paul, the GM was giving me all kinds of stories why it wasn't their fault. I told him if he didn't find it and I couldn't leave that day with the car I would take my business elsewhere. Amazingly, the title was in their safe the whole time! I purchased the car and all was well.... This past May, I received an email from Flagship Motorcars with some cars they had for sale. There was a beautiful red used SL 550 that I decided to purchase. I called the dealership and spoke with a sales rep named Dan. The sales rep whom I had previously dealt with was no longer with the company. Dan assured me that I could purchase that particular car. I told him I wanted that car and not any other. This was on a Thursday. I told him I would be in on Saturday with the money and purchase the vehicle. On Friday, I received a call from Ken the sales manager asking if I was still planning on coming in on Saturday to purchase that vehicle. I told him yes and asked him if that particular vehicle was still there. He told me yes it was. I told him I would be in on Saturday afternoon to make the purchase. I went to my bank on Saturday morning to withdraw the money for the purchase and the manager of the bank asked me to call the dealership to be sure they would accept a cash payement for the car so I wasn't walking around with that kind of cash on me. I called the dealership and spoke with Ken at 12:00 and he said yes he would accept a cash payment. I again asked him if that car was the one he was talking about and he said yes. Well, I arrived at the dealership at 2:00 (the dealership is a one hour drive from my home). When I arrived the sales rep Dan I spoke with on the phone came over to me. He seemed very anxious and I knew something wasn't right. I asked him if the SL 550 in red that I had asked for was there. He said,"um, yes it's still here". I looked out the showroom window and there was another sales rep with a man over at the car I was there to purchase. I looked at Dan and said, "you better not have sold that car on me:", his response was "we don't consider a sale final until the car leaves the lot". I told him I wanted to speak to Ken. I stood there for about 20 minutes and Paul the GM came out all friendly "Hey Paula, it's great to see you" blah, blah, blah small talk. I said," you better not have sold that car on me. I spoke with Ken at 12:00 and he assured me it was here and it was mine". Paul's response to me was "are you interested in a black one?" I couldn't even believe the words came out of his mouth!!! I left the dealership that day as angry as I have ever been. Not 10 minutes later Paul called me on my cell phone and told me that I was not being fair because I didn't give him a chance to sell me a car!!!!! I told him I would never buy a car from that dealership again and that I would be posting my experience on Social Media. He preceded to tell me that I was not being fair. I called the dealership the next day and asked to have Mr. Chambers call me so I could share my experiences at his dealership with him. I never heard from him. I feel very strongly that if I was a man they would have never treated me the way they did. I will never ever do business with Flagship Motorcars again, or a Herb Chambers dealership because he never even responded to my request for a call back. I now do my business with Burlington Mercedes Benz in Burlington, MA and they treat me with the respect I deserve as a customer. I hope Mr. Chambers reads this review because he should be well aware of the way the managers of his dealership treat his female customer base! More

Best Car Buying Experience From the moment I sent my email requesting information at about 9:00 in the evening I immidiately received unexpected corresponence from their Genera From the moment I sent my email requesting information at about 9:00 in the evening I immidiately received unexpected corresponence from their General Manager Paul McDaniels.He resoponded back until 11:00 thatevening until all my questions were answered. When I went to the ealership he introduced me to Rob locum who was excellent withme and my family. We ended up buying two new vehicles, received excellent deals and the best customer experience I haveever had. Thanks again Rob and Paul!! More
