I recently replaced my E 350 4 Matic 2016 with new Mercedes Benz E 300 4 Matic 2019 model from Flagship motors Lynnfield and it was a great experience I recently replaced my E 350 4 Matic 2016 with new Mercedes Benz E 300 4 Matic 2019 model from Flagship motors Lynnfield and it was a great experience. Throughout the whole experience I never felt being pressured or rushed to buy the car, they listen very carefully and very quick and clear communication. I took my due time test drive the car and ask as many questions regarding car and the finance and the team was so incredibly informed and trustworthy. I was looking for a car with specific features and the sales person (Phill Siassi) went above and beyond to locate the car for me the staff even stayed after hours for me and worked it to meet my expectation in a very small time. The final price was exactly as negotiated (no last-minute surprises). Sales person was very professional and polite, very attentive to my expectations. The whole experience of replacing my old car with new was amazing. I have no words to express my gratitude for the Phill Siassi from sales department and Darnell Caruso from finance who went above and beyond to make my experience amazing. I would totally recommend flagship motorcars of Lynnfield and they have absolutely great team. if you are ever there to buy a Mercedes look for Phill Siassi in sales department if you want to make you experience a very pleasant, quick and painless. She showed us a vehicle that we absolutely loved and took it for a test drive. We were sold! She was the BEST. We have made a friend who we in turn will recommend to our friends who are looking for a Benz. When we went to pick up the car, we again met with Franco Cordano, Product Concierge, who took the time to explain everything about the car. We can’t say enough about Franco! He has unbelievable patience. No matter how many questions we asked, he was happy to answer them with a smile and a well-based knowledge of the car.
