His genuine kindness and great personality made for a much easier experience. Marcus was equally patient and enthusiastic. He showed us a number of cars and always greeted us warmly. He really knows the cars he is selling and the various features and specifics about each model. Like Paul, he is warm and very nice. I would recommend Paul and Marcus highly and would definitely seek them out again should we be in the market for another new car. More

The finance department was another story. We did not want to buy an extended warranty and felt completely blindsided by the high-pressure sales tactics at the last minute, after our positive experience with Paul. We almost walked out. I would recommend Scott Clark because of Paul. (And a very helpful young woman who brought us the car and showed me how everything worked, I'm sorry I forgot her name, she was very pleasant to deal with.) More
