We went to Scott Clark Toyota because Paul worked there, and my husband had previously bought a car from him at another dealership and trusted him. We give Paul Moore 5 stars all around. The finance department was another story. We did not want to buy an extended warranty and felt completely blindsided by the high-pressure sales tactics at the last minute, after our positive experience with Paul. We almost walked out. I would recommend Scott Clark because of Paul. (And a very helpful young woman who brought us the car and showed me how everything worked, I'm sorry I forgot her name, she was very pleasant to deal with.) More

Great Car Trading Experience Went in to possibly trade our mini-van for a small SUV. Set up a time to meet with Paul Moore earlier. He did his homework for us. No wait, no hass Went in to possibly trade our mini-van for a small SUV. Set up a time to meet with Paul Moore earlier. He did his homework for us. No wait, no hassle. Test drove a RAV4 and within couple hours, drove new car off the lot. The only delay was going through finance. It was Saturday and of course very busy. Paul, our salesman kept checking on us in the waiting area for finance. Not complaining about the wait as no one could do anything anything faster. We then met with Matt and he did a great job in finance for us. Love the sales staff, finance folks, and of course, love our new RAV4! Great over-all experience! More
