I drove quite a ways for the purchase of my new Highlander and it was nothing but exceptional service from start to finish. I dealt with Paul Moore throughout the whole deal. He contacted me after I initiated a chat with the sales team and making the deal over the phone was very quick and easy. I asked many questions along the way and was also given all the information I requested. He kept me updated the entire time and made sure I had all the information I needed to be comfortable with the deal. I also want to think Matt in finance and Abby (I can't remember the name of her position, but she came in after finishing financing and helped get the car set up before I left) as well for their fantastic customer service!
