Paul called me upon seeing my inquiry, I explained to him what I was looking for and my apprehensions with making a purchase at this time. He completely understood and suggested I come in the next day to take a look at their inventory. Paul was not what I was used to when it came to car salesman. What was key with Paul, was his honesty and making sure that I was comfortable with my purchase rather than just getting another sale under his belt. Before I knew I was approved for financing or had went on a test drive, I told him "whether I purchase a car today or not, I want to thank you for your great customer service". I can't recall having said that to anyone when making any purchases. I also was expecting to have to haggle with the price and be there for hours dealing with finance; that was not the case. I was in and out with a 2015 Toyota Corolla that I just love. My mom lives in Maryland and was looking to by a 2017; I told her about Paul because I felt that he was the trip! Needless to say, I plan on coming back in the future when it's time for another purchase and will definitely recommend this dealership and Paul to everyone I know. More

Once we found Scott Clark Toyota was near home and had a pretty good reputation, we decided to check them out, and were put in touch with Paul Moore. I have to say Paul is a very patient person, and very kind. That means a lot in the car buying process because people already come in jaded, skeptical, nervous about buying a car. So it was good to work with someone who seemed like he genuinely cared not only about our experience at the dealership, but also about what we wanted and needed in a car. I know I can be a pain when I go to dealerships because I do a lot of research, and basically come in ready for a "fight", to get the deal I want. Paul and I didn't fight at all. It was a great experience, even though we had our two toddlers with us, and it took several hours, we left knowing we got a good deal on a great vehicle, and left feeling positive about the dealership as well as our salesperson, Paul. Great car buying experience! I bought a 2006 Toyota Tundra here on December 26, 2016. The dealer just took the truck in on trade and when I went to check it out, it was still bei I bought a 2006 Toyota Tundra here on December 26, 2016. The dealer just took the truck in on trade and when I went to check it out, it was still being looked over and prepped for the lot. Paul Moore brought me and my father in to the service area to let us look it over while the technician was servicing the truck. The technician acually stopped his service to let me take it for a test drive! Long story short, I fell head over heals for this truck. I was impressed with the level of professionalism from all employees that I was involved with during my purchase of this truck. They were curtious to the many questions that my dad and I threw at them and they were also very down to earth and personable. I was in the Charlotte area for Christmas vacation with family and ended up finding the truck of my dreams. After I picked the truck up from the dealer, my dad and I took it for a long test run to Greenville, South Carolina. After that, I drove it home to Portland, Maine and have no regrets of buying this truck from Scott Clark Toyota. Thank you to everyone involved in the sales and service of this truck! Excellent & Top Notch Dealership! This was my first experience with Scott Clark Toyota in Matthews, NC. I was looking for a Toyota SUV and I did my homework on looking at reviews of so This was my first experience with Scott Clark Toyota in Matthews, NC. I was looking for a Toyota SUV and I did my homework on looking at reviews of some of the Toyota dealerships in my area. One of the websites that I looked at the reviews about the salesman was DealerRater.com, this website shows the salesmen's rate at the dealerships. This website is what made our decision to go to Scott Clark Toyota in Matthews, NC. There were other dealership closer, but this is was the only one that got back to me so quickly and had the best reviews. And we live about an hour away from this dealership. I emailed one of the top salesmen (Paul Moore) on the dealer rate website and told him what I was looking for and he emailed me right back. We set up an appointment on Monday, December 26th, 2016 to look and test drive a 2017 Highlander and a 4 Runner. When we got to the dealership Paul was busy with another customer at the time, which was fine, you have to take care of your customers, so he set us up with one of his sales consultants Marcos Velasquez. He took us on the test drive and told us all the details about both vehicles. We understand Marcos was a mechanic at the dealership for a while and he became a salesman. My first thoughts are “who better to explain and answers questions about the vehicle then a mechanic.” He was very polite, professional and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was not pushy, and he answer all my questions. While we were working with him, Paul had a chance to come by and talked to us and to make sure Marcos was taking care of us. We told Paul that he was great. Then we had a chance to meet with Travis Wilson, because the vehicle (2017 Highlander Limited) we wanted they did not have one yet. So, Travis and Marcos worked together to find the vehicle we wanted and they had to order one, which was fine with us. We wanted Blizzard Pearl and we were trying to decide on the interior – it was between the Almond vs. the new Saddle. They found one with the new Saddle interior and called us on Thursday, December 29th to come and to take look at it to see if we like it, if not they would order us something else. We ended up purchasing the 2017 Highlander Limited on that Friday, December 30th – Blizzard Pearl with the Saddle interior. It is beautiful and the vehicle has everything we wanted on it. They found exactly what we wanted and they were even willing to order another one if we didn’t like it. All three of them Marcos, Travis and Paul went above and beyond to get what we wanted. Then the Finance Manager Jose Batista was great and answers all of our questions about the finance paperwork. Unbelievable….they all gave us complete peace of mind. Everyone at the dealership was very professorial and very helpful. I would recommend this dealership and these salesmen to help you to find your next car, suv or truck. In my book this is an Excellent & Top Notch Dealership! Go see this Excellent Team Marcos Velasquez, Travis Wilson and Paul Moore. Tell them that Johnny and Malissa Ray sent you!!! They are AWSOME!!! Best Car Buying Experience EVER! I just had the best car buying experience I have ever had! My family has been looking to purchase a Toyota Sienna but due to my busy work schedule we I just had the best car buying experience I have ever had!
