Sinh was available via phone and text to help me find what the car with the specs I wanted. On second test drive, Sinh brought the car that I wanted from another dealer and had it ready for me to take home (I didn't even have to ask or put a deposit down like other dealers!). Very impressed with his patience and overall helpfulness. Was deciding between other luxury brands and decided on Lexus because of the guaranteed excellent customer service. Paul Rockett in the finance department was also very helpful. As my first car purchase, he made the experience fun and light-hearted while professional. He was very knowledgable and helped me devise the best payment plan. Very happy with my decision to buy a Lexus from Sinh and Paul. More
