I don't think an oil change should take over an hour to complete. Probably took longer for the representative to upsell maintenance that I didn't come in for. No customer service here excepting the cashier. I arrived on time for 25k service appointment. Service personnel did not appear enthused on the prospects of arriving customers. One was checking their social on time for 25k service appointment. Service personnel did not appear enthused on the prospects of arriving customers. One was checking their social status on FB. Finally got their attention. They then started to inform me on the issues to be addressed during 25k service (all out of warranty) plus brake system flush ($179). Light duty service at 25 k according to Toyota on-line ($20~$26 est.) includes -Rotate tires -Check installation of driver's floor mat -Inspect and adjust all fluid levels -Inspect wiper blades -Visually inspect brake linings/drums and brake pads/discs This dealership is obviously wanting to separate the consumer from their wallet! No where is it recommended to flush brake system at this low mileage and service usage (normal). I'll be taking my vehicle instead to Wilde Toyota in West Allis. The West Allis dealership has always been up-front regarding out of pocket cost of ownership. Racine dealership needs a bunch of customer service specific improvements before I reconsider giving them business. Avoid at all costs. More

Good service but know your costs I was told my Rav 4 needed a new washer hose, eaten by rodents. Quoted $175 to do the repair. I elected not to proceed with the repair. Had it done at I was told my Rav 4 needed a new washer hose, eaten by rodents. Quoted $175 to do the repair. I elected not to proceed with the repair. Had it done at a local automotive repair shop for $40. This type of situation eroded my confidence in a dealers integrity and brings future service into question. Be fair to the customer, will result in long term clientele. More
