We were offered so much for our trade and the sales staff gave us the impression they were angry that another manager that was new approved such an offer and it seemed the sales guy we dealt with admitted th gave us the impression they were angry that another manager that was new approved such an offer and it seemed the sales guy we dealt with admitted the deal was just put into his lap and he didn’t want it his arms were in the air we were under the impression he didn’t want the sale he came off as fake to us and my finance didn’t even want the truck anymore after how she was treated we asked for answers and the sales man gave us nothing but non helpful responses or did not follow up with us even by a simple text to let us know the truck was simonized or the day it was going to be when we wanted to back out he kept stating it was fully funded and kept threatening that we would be responsible for the simonizing of the truck and he would tell us when we asked he would call us back or let us know and would not do anything we called the dealership when he didn’t answer and the other sales team members answered and said Paul was at his desk and he was there why he didn’t answer is ridiculous how we were treated I’d never buy a vehicle again from this dealer or recommend it. Also when the vehicle was delivered my fiancé gave Josh the sales manager specific directions and an address to deliver the vehicle but the delivery person stated they didn’t ever get told anything. The sales man Paul said this deal just got thrown into his lap and kept arguing when we called like he didn’t want to deal with us it was disappointing to say the least. The whole deal was a disaster after in person dealing. More

I had a great experience with Paul Santoro in buying my Tahoe. They were very accommodating in my test drive needs, including seeing if it fit in my garage. What an awesome experience; I’m a Herb Connolly lifetime customer. I’ve been a customer of Herb Connolly Chevrolet since 2018, I’ve never had a complaint… I bought a 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 in 2018, excel customer. I’ve been a customer of Herb Connolly Chevrolet since 2018, I’ve never had a complaint… I bought a 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 in 2018, excellent experience, gone thru the service and parts departments also awesome experience. Most recently I purchased a 2022 Silverado 2500 and it was also an awesome experience, I ordered the truck in July 2021 with Paul Santoro and I must’ve called 2 to 3 times a week to check on the delivery date; Paul was soooooooooooooo patient and understanding of my excitement. He’s awesome, they’re all awesome because when I didn’t get Paul I made sure I got a manager to ask the same question…. Lol. I told my wife to order from Herb Connolly Acura because I only want my family to be customers of the Herb Connolly brand….. all 3 dealerships are awesome but the Chevy one is the best …… lol More

Went in to see a car that they had posted on their website for 35K miles. When I got in the car to test drive it, the odometer said 40K + miles. When I asked about it, the sales man said, it was lazin website for 35K miles. When I got in the car to test drive it, the odometer said 40K + miles. When I asked about it, the sales man said, it was laziness on the person entering it into the system. When I asked to negotiate the price based on the higher miles he said that it was priced on 40K miles. I told the salesman, I came down based on 35k miles, and he said " you only live around the corner". I then said but the numbers don't seem to match, and he responded "Look, either you want the car or you don't". I certainly did not feel valued. He then followed up with an email the next day, saying he wanted my business, but the miles were still listed incorrectly. Felt like a bait and switch type of scenario. Super disappointing as I was interested in the car. More

I have bought a lot of vehicles in my lifetime. I can easily say this is by far the best dealership I have worked with. Very friendly, helpful and listened to what I was saying. Chris Wentworth was extremely generous with his time explaining the complicated electronic system. Of course, I did not absorb it all but that's not his fault, so I may have to stop in a time or two for a little help. More

Every member of the staff with whom I interacted was professional, knowedgeable and easy to talk with. All exhibited the spirit of customer service (for example, they got my car in a color preferable to that of the one which was was in stock) and customer care (all wore masks). I did purchase a 2020 Bolt Premier and would recommend this team to anyone interested in test-driving a Chevrolet vehicle to lease or purchase. More
