I called this dealership about a particular car I'd seen on the maker's website, which they had in stock. Said I'd be in at some point. Was spammed with return calls and texts for days. Finally was able on the maker's website, which they had in stock. Said I'd be in at some point. Was spammed with return calls and texts for days. Finally was able to stop in to see it, was "helped" by an incredibly unfriendly rep who, besides being unfriendly and to be honest, rather offensive, could not answer even basic questions about the actual car. When I noticed and commented that the dealership had added a FIFTY PERCENT MARKUP to the MSRP, he simply smirked and said someone would buy it. Could have bought this vehicle, cash, on the spot. Instead, be assured I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from any Herb Chambers after that experience. More
