Long story short, there were a few more issues with the truck than we had anticipated and the repairs were more than we had planned on spending for a vehicle we were planning on trading in, in February or so. We took a look around the lot to see what was available for options, and found a beautiful F150 STX that suited our needs. Paul Scannell helped us out immensely,was not pushy and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need or want. He really made the whole process easier than we had ever experienced at any other dealership. We were given a great deal on the new truck, and a good value on our trade-in. We would highly recommend Herb Chambers Ford in Westboro , and especially Paul Scannell to anyone who is looking to buy a new vehicle and doesn't want to put up with the stereotypical high pressure sales tactics used at other places. Paul Scannell was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling and was not the least bit pushy or trying to force me to buy a car. When I decided that I wanted to buy a 2013 Ford C-Max he competently led me through the process and after the sale was completed took me out to the car and demonstrated all of the features of the car and the new Ford Sync system. Paul even connected my cell phone so that I could receive phone messages hands free while driving. On several occasions I stopped by to ask about some features I didn't quite understand about the system and Paul very patiently and politely took the time to answer all my questions. If there were more sales people like Paul Scannell then the process of buying a new car would not be such a hassle and your worries about getting screwed would disappear.. More

He was very knowledgeable about the brand and the specific vehicle we were interested in buying (2014 F250). At one point he went out of his way to bring over a service tech to answer one of my questions on vehicle maintenance. Upon delivery of our Ford truck, Paul took whatever time was needed to go over all features and operation and insure that we fully understood everything. I would highly recommend this sales consultant and also recommend this dealership to anyone considering purchasing a Ford vehicle. More

In the end, I made my choice to do business with Herb Chamber in Westborough and they were able to close down the deal fast. The car was delivered to me within a week. This helped save me a lot of precious time and rental money. For that, I sincerely thank Lisa, George, Marie, Paul and Jordan for their exceptional customer service. I dealt with Lisa on the phone initially and she was very friendly and responsive to all my inquiries over the phone. It was her professionalism and outstanding customer service that won me over other Ford Dealership. There were some hiccups at first because of my status, so I talked to Marie and she was very emphatic and patient. She offered me some alternative solutions and escalated my case to George, the sales manager, he was able to immediately take things over and get it under control. I really liked George's approach to business. He was upfront, honest, and straightforward. Whatever George promised me, he kept his words and delivered it. I had my car after 2 days and I'm extremely impressed by George. Overall, I'd say my experience was pleasant and things ended on a happy note.
