He suggested a call to AAA for a jump start, and if that’s worked I bring it in to check anyway since the car was still under warranty. Turned out it was an old battery (just got the car used). Paul seems like he genuinely cares about your experience, service, and cost saving. He’s not a sale pusher and really tries to give the best advice based on his knowledge of the vehicles. It’s a small facility, but also not super busy. More
