Appreciate the budget options I work primarily with Paul during my visits, but have worked with Armen during previous visits. I feel confident in the recommendations from Paul and I work primarily with Paul during my visits, but have worked with Armen during previous visits. I feel confident in the recommendations from Paul and his team when they offer options, for instance new vs remanufacturer parts, to help the budget. I appreciate when they inform me that I can expect an upcoming service expense (i.e. new brakes, etc) so I can plan accordingly. My only complaint is the new location - the Glendale location was approx. 3-4 miles from work, which made drop off and pick up so much more convenient. More

Good as it gets This purely about the service center, I don’t buy cars from dealerships. I came here for two recalls on the lancers. It all went smoothly and Paul did This purely about the service center, I don’t buy cars from dealerships. I came here for two recalls on the lancers. It all went smoothly and Paul did a good job of informing me of how long it would take and keeping me updated. The waiting room has comfortable chairs, huge tv and decent WiFi so the 2 and half hour wait was bearable. They didn’t try to push additional services or products, as my car was in great shape. More
