Communication was excellent. He always returned calls, and called me back without me calling, both before and after the purchase (needed to bring the car back, a day after I bought it, for splash guards installation). Compared to other dealers I had dealt with previously, my experience with Stohlman so far has been excellent - no pushing and pressure to sell you things you do not want, very friendly and accommodating. I do not know how servicing the car at Stohlam will be. I hope it will be the same or at least comparable. More

Very nice dealership to work with. Salesman was low pressure and very knowledgeable on the cars he sells. They made the car buying decision easy by being upfront with everything and offering their car pressure and very knowledgeable on the cars he sells. I found him to be a knowledgable, honest, and intelligent fellow. It was a pleasure working with him. He was always responsive and candid. I am a satisfied customer who will visit again with Paul when my current BMW lease expires. Jack Smith is a service manager who my wife and I have dealt with for several years. I can't say enough good things about him. He uniformly explains in terms that we can understand what is wrong with our vehicle. He is unfailingly patient and pleasant. I can call or stop by with any question, and he will take the time to respond. I am in awe of his technical knowledge. Indeed, it is largely because of our very positive reaction to Jack that we decided to contact Paul when we wanted a new Jetta. These are two real professionals who are a credit to the dealership. i have met few folks employed in auto showrooms or service departments who compare to these gentlemen. More

We couldn't be happier with our new 2012 Tiguan SEL. I initially requested an online quote through Stohlman's website. Paul emailed me back with a quote and additional information on the vehicle within 3 initially requested an online quote through Stohlman's website. Paul emailed me back with a quote and additional information on the vehicle within 30 minutes. His initial quote was better than any of the other VW dealerships could offer. In addition to offering a great price up front, he was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle, answered all of our questions, and made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. We will without a doubt use Stoholman VW and Paul Turk for any future vehicle purchases. More

This is the second car I have purchased from Stolhman in the last few years and both times the process was excellent and stress free. They didn't have the exact color of car we wanted, but Paul was able to the last few years and both times the process was excellent and stress free. They didn't have the exact color of car we wanted, but Paul was able to get it for us from another dealer and we picked it up the next day. The pricing of the car and all of the options was very straight forward and there wasn't any of the haggling or high pressure sales tactics that you see at some dealerships. After the sale Paul and the dealership manager both followed up with me to make sure that I was 100% happy and to see if I had any questions. That was a nice touch as well. More
