Man, what a great experience we had with Steve (Stephen) in sales, Paul, the manager, and Nha in Finance. We came in "just to test drive" a car, but realized it wouldn't fit our needs. Lucky for us, they had a Santa Cruz in stock and it was love at first gear. Steve was 100% zero pressure - was really there to help us and answer questions. They made it work for us, numbers-wise, and the trade-in process was SO simple, and we felt it was a totally fair deal. Nha in Finance made it quick and easy, stress, and pressure-free. We walked out that evening with our sales paperwork signed. Next morning we picked up our freshly cleaned and fueled new car, and they're finalizing our registration for us. Could not recommend this dealership more. It's been nearly 20yrs since we bought a brand new vehicle and to not have to deal with pushy sales folks trying to squeeze every penny out of you was amazing. Don't hesitate. Can't beat seriously nice people and America's best car warranty. More
