Best Day I have been a Metro Ford customer through 3 vehicle purchases and have to say this was the best purchase ever. They had the truck I wanted available, I have been a Metro Ford customer through 3 vehicle purchases and have to say this was the best purchase ever. They had the truck I wanted available, in the color I wanted which caught me by surprise. Could only find 2 places that had that particular truck. The staff was professional, friendly, happy. They never made me feel uncomfortable when I asked questions. They handled all my requests to keep the paperwork down to a minimum before I even got there. I was under a time constraint once I decided to buy the truck and all my prepurchase requests were DONE! Good customer service is very had to find anymore and they should train other companies how to accommodate customers. I could go on and on with how happy I am with my new truck but the bottom line is, if you are looking to by a vehicle don't bother going anywhere else. Go direct to Metro Ford, you will be glad you did. They have a customer for life. More

He listens and answers questions very clearly and helped me set my blue tooth up for my phone! The little extras like that go a long way! The service department is wonderful as well. Paul Young was very nice and helpful in the finance department explaining everything to me in and easy to understand way. I will see no reason to ever go anywhere other than Metro Ford for any future purchase! I purchased my third Fusion today! More
