This is my third purchase at this dealership, and George Indelicato has taken care of us for all three Fusions that I have purchased. He is very friendly and helpful and not at all a pushy salesman. He listens and answers questions very clearly and helped me set my blue tooth up for my phone! The little extras like that go a long way! The service department is wonderful as well. Paul Young was very nice and helpful in the finance department explaining everything to me in and easy to understand way. I will see no reason to ever go anywhere other than Metro Ford for any future purchase! I purchased my third Fusion today! More

SO HAPPY I contacted a different dealership about a car and was so disappointed! Interest rate information was INSANE and car was listed at full price even tho I contacted a different dealership about a car and was so disappointed! Long long day at the dealership Not happy with having to go through so many people to get to the final result. Told different interest rates and ended up higher than I expected Was happy that Brent in the service dept took the time to explain the problem with not getting to my car that had been towed in was impressed with him and truly thought he understood why I was upset.from 1-10 I give Brent a 9. George did the best he could to help me find the car I really liked. I was a little pain in the a-- for them I believe. But when you purchase a car with the prices they are today you need to be happy! For George and Garret I give them both from 1-10 a 8 1/2. For finance I give a rating of 7 Over all I give Metro Ford a 9 I would check with them next time I need to purchase a car. Just to say no person or dealer is a 10 we are just human. George Indelicato was totally great to work with on this purchase would recommend him to anyone that wanted to buy a Ford. Oh and Garrett u also. More
