Working with Paula Gaillard was akin to being with family. From the first encounter, Paula made us feel comfortable and listened carefully to what we were looking to purchase. She was extremely knowledgeable about the car we selected and did her best to locate the exact one we wanted. The car was promised to be deliver by the end of March but was delivered on January 26! Does not get much better than that!! Aside from her professionalism, Paula exudes a warmth and sincerity, that is hard to come by in this hurried culture of ours.
