Since my original Sales Representative had relocated, it was the first time I I have been a customer of Ray Catena MB of Edison for over 20 years . Since my original Sales Representative had relocated, it was the first time I was working with someone new and admittedly a bit hesitant. However, after working quite a bit with Paula Gaillard, it turned out to be a very good and comfortable experience. We went back and forth quite a bit and she was very patient, responsive and did not put any pressure on the sale. In fact, after making a car decision, completing the paperwork, signing everything and prepping the car for delivery and basically driving off, I returned and decided on a model change. I thought that this was going to be a problem, but she even made that experience easy! Paula was easy to work with, accommodating and clearly wanted to make sure that I was happy with my purchase.
