Wait time for service, even with appointment, seems excessively long (over 2 hours for me). Also, my quote for work that was needed was not accurate. Not Paula's fault since all parts info did not come across from Parts Department, not sure why. Paula was great and very helpful. I will definitely ask for her in the future. More

They called me after an online inquiry, I let them know my range, and I went in that afternoon to make the purchase. Everything was SO QUICK and easy with them and the process as very much no xx. Everything from test driving to financing.. the experience took less than 3 hours and they were truly the nicest people. I would 100% do business with them again and highly recommend working with Jon in sales and Oral in financing. Another guy, Pat, came over to chat briefly while Jon was taking care of some paperwork and he was super personable as well. I also had an interaction with Paula in the service department and she was incredibly helpful and kind, too. Rick is the manager and we communicated at one point and he was clearly the kind of guy who cares about his customers. More
