I have been waiting for three weeks to have some warranty work done that they told me it would take 24 to 48 hours to approve and then they would order parts. I have never been to any mechanic that took this work done that they told me it would take 24 to 48 hours to approve and then they would order parts. I have never been to any mechanic that took this long to have parts come in. Most have them the same day and I’m still waiting. I was also planning to have rear brake work done at the same time that is a critical need and is now being put off for much longer than safety would suggest. I have left multiple messages and spoken to multiple employees and continue to be put off. It is difficult to rate the service because it has still not even begun. More

In the beginning of August my jeep was taken in for the evap light and check engine light. It was Nov 1st before it was fixed. But the 'fix' wasn't what we were told it would be and my park sense no longer evap light and check engine light. It was Nov 1st before it was fixed. But the 'fix' wasn't what we were told it would be and my park sense no longer works. I was told the wiring harness would be replaced. The harness wasn't replaced but two new wires were ran to the front instead. I've called multiple times about the park sense not working since the 'fix' and they have not scheduled anything to repair it since they are 'waiting on insurance' for two other issues. The park sense should be unrelated since it worked perfectly fine till their 'fix,' and should have been immediately resolved instead of waiting on insurance for the other issues. More
