The day my BMW finally arrived he made sure everything was in order such as insurance etc. and when I went to pick up the vehicle he had a very professional person as well explain to me the inside and out of the vehicle. When we sat down and signed everything was as clear inaccurate from day one and I point this out because I had a terrible experience with Ray Catena when one of their sales man tried to fool me at the last minute with the number and I ended up walking out of the dealership so I have to say that I was extremely pleased with everything from day one to the end . More

We live in CT, bu We dealt with Pedro Andrade to purchase our CPO BMW back in September. He was very easy to deal with; straight-forward and honest. We live in CT, but drove to this dealer because the price was $3-4k less than any dealer within 200+ miles of us. We had issues with other dealers telling us they had a car particular vehicle available or that they would/could hold a car (with a deposit) until we were able to get there, but not this dealer. My wife called and spoke to Pedro who assured her that the vehicle was in fact there and available. He had physically taken the keys for the vehicle so no one could sell it before we got there. She gave him a credit card for the deposit to hold it, but he never charged it. He was a man of his word and held the car for us. Not only was the car everything we expected, and substantially cheaper than any other dealer, but they were efficient and got us in and out within a couple hours. Since we are not NJ residents we had to take a temporary plate until the CT DMV got around to issuing our permanent plate, but Pedro was even helpful when it came to taking care of this! My wife and I purchase a car every 2 years or so (around 20 cars) and this was by far the best experience we've had with a dealer. More
