Routine maintenance I have bought the X-5 from prestige bmw dealer which recently changed hand with new owner. What I have noticed change in a bigger way where it matters I have bought the X-5 from prestige bmw dealer which recently changed hand with new owner. What I have noticed change in a bigger way where it matters, from ease of setting an appointment to initial greeting at arrival by service advisor as well as active service manager goes a long way to continue my loyalty to this dealer. I would hope servicemen behind closed doors to do same as greeters and service manager did with pride. More

Both of these men were professional, knowledgeable, patient and above all not aggressively persuasive. They answered all our questions and gave us time to make our own decision without pressure. Kristen, from the Genius team, also was very knowledgeable, informative and made you feel comfortable during delivery. More

Exceptional sales professional This review serves to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding sales service Pedro has given me throughout my x5 purchase. Pedro went abo This review serves to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding sales service Pedro has given me throughout my x5 purchase. Pedro went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the SUV I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on an X5, the process was absolutely painless. Pedro’s professional demeanor, attention to detail, and exceptional service is what will keep me coming back. I look forward to doing business with you again in the future. I wouldn’t consider going to a different dealership or working with any other sales professional. Thanks again for being my trusted car advisor and you assessing my need accurately, exceeding my expectations and delivering on your promises. I felt like family by the end of it all. More

I made a great choice! I almost did not make the drive to BMW of Ramsey as there are two dealerships closer to my home. I am glad I did. My sales Consultant, Pedro Andrade I almost did not make the drive to BMW of Ramsey as there are two dealerships closer to my home. I am glad I did. My sales Consultant, Pedro Andrade, listened to how I was making the decision to replace my current vehicle and what attributes were necessary in my choice. He did not attempt to sway me to a different model, year or price point. He found the car, made sure it hit the marks, we test drove it and struck a fair deal. Eric Thomas in Finance was efficient and able to address any and all questions I had. Dwayne Wong walked me through all the features that I could absorb and made sure I was connected to all BMW services before taking my X5 home. Right now I have had my car for about a week and waiting for all my final documentation. I anticipate more positive experiences to come. More
