My sales Consultant, Pedro Andrade I almost did not make the drive to BMW of Ramsey as there are two dealerships closer to my home. I am glad I did. My sales Consultant, Pedro Andrade, listened to how I was making the decision to replace my current vehicle and what attributes were necessary in my choice. He did not attempt to sway me to a different model, year or price point. He found the car, made sure it hit the marks, we test drove it and struck a fair deal. Eric Thomas in Finance was efficient and able to address any and all questions I had. Dwayne Wong walked me through all the features that I could absorb and made sure I was connected to all BMW services before taking my X5 home. Right now I have had my car for about a week and waiting for all my final documentation. I anticipate more positive experiences to come. More
