Couldn't Have Asked For A Better Experience! I bought my first new car in over 15 years from Temecula Hyundai and I have to tell you it was such a pleasure to work with sales staff Jason Mershon I bought my first new car in over 15 years from Temecula Hyundai and I have to tell you it was such a pleasure to work with sales staff Jason Mershon and Pedro Rodriguez in management and Brian in finance; professional, knowledgeable and friendly from the word go. I purchased the platinum protection plan and needed additions done on the car before I could take it home that day. When I went to get the car the next day, Jason was there on his day off just to show me how to set up the car media center to my Android. It's not a difficult task but he made it extremely easy. Way cool!! Thank you Temecula Hyundai! More

He took extra time to make sure I knew all the functions of the car James went above and beyond in guiding me thru the various features of my vehicle. He took extra time to make sure I knew all the functions of the car before I drove away. He paired my phone for me and was very pleasant to work with. I have never experienced this level of customer service at any dealership. Brian was very quick in finance and got me down the road quick. Pedro was also quick at getting me approved and running my credit and getting me quick financing thru SDCU. Thank you sir! Everyone was fantastic and very helpful. More
