Great service but car was sold w/ broken windshield. Over experience was good. Robert's overall knowledge for selling cars was questionable. Car had cracked windshield when sold which should never happ Over experience was good. Robert's overall knowledge for selling cars was questionable. Car had cracked windshield when sold which should never happen especially with the $879. we paid in dealer prep. Make me wonder what is actually done vs. what is on paper. Robert put our plate on with only one screw. He couldn't find another. Plate was rattling all the way home. I asked for the car's cigarette lighter which was missing and was told I don't need it but if I decide I do it could be found on-line. As we were taking possesion of the vehicle, we inquired if the gas was full. Robert said "no". We had to ask for a full tank with purchase of a new vehicle. Robert obtained a gas card a filled the tank. Car was not as clean as should be when taking delivery. Overall, I believe the $879.00 should be refunded to me, car be detailed and windshield replaced. Overall experience was " good" but not sure if I would send referrals. More

First Kia scheduled maintenance. The service department was friendly and efficient. My only complaint would be about the financing dept. A bit over whelming and a little pushy. Never again I stopped using the service department here because I was already disappointed with the mechanics and service that I received over the years. I come b I stopped using the service department here because I was already disappointed with the mechanics and service that I received over the years. I come back for my free oil changes and now I will not be doing that either. If you work for a living you understand that a $60 oil change it's something notable. The multi-point inspection shows that they didn't do any inspection. What it says: wiper blades replace soon which I replaced one week ago. Drive axle boots checked green one is cracked. Rear brake remaining 6 mm checked yellow that's bull they're nowhere near Six mmmm try to maybe even one and a half. So that pretty much sums up the fact that I won't be coming back ever again maybe to buy a car cuz you did give me a good deal on that but other than that forget it I did not work with but it will not let me submit this survey unless I choose one so I'm choosing the finance guy I did not talk to him More
