Pete Acree is my service advisor and is always looking out for my best interest. This was my yearly safety inspection and it went smoothly and the wait in the customer lounge was comfortable. I didn't have a manicure but several people were enjoying that service. The beverage station is new and I enjoyed some hot chocolate while I waited.
