He said he put it in the mail and now three weeks later still have not heard anything. He does not respond to my emails now. Other than that my experience with the Finance Dept and Service were excellent. This is my third vehicle from Scott Clark Toyota. More

He walked us through all that was needed to be done, and gave his personal opinion which helped to make decisions that needed to be made. Pete recognized that we have had that car serviced there for 8 years. Because of our loyalty to Scott Clark, he was willing to ask for the best deal on some of the services that were required. He also took a personal interest in our son getting the car when it was finished by offering a driver to pick him up at CPCC verses having him walk back to the dealership to get it. That personal relationship that is felt at Scott Clark is what has kept my family coming back for so many years. I can not be more pleased at how Pete took my problem ( I hit a pot hole) of a damaged tire and rim and got me back on the road as quickly as possibility. I had a Road Hazard Policy which I purchased when buying the Prius. Pete handled everything including dealing with the holder of the Road Hazard policy to be sure my out-of-pocket expenses were as low as possible. In my opinion Pete Acree was great to deal with and a TRUE ASSET TO THE SCOTT CLARK TEAM. More
