I can not be more pleased at how Pete took my problem ( I hit a pot hole) of a damaged tire and rim and got me back on the road as quickly as possibility. I had a Road Hazard Policy which I purchased when buying the Prius. Pete handled everything including dealing with the holder of the Road Hazard policy to be sure my out-of-pocket expenses were as low as possible. In my opinion Pete Acree was great to deal with and a TRUE ASSET TO THE SCOTT CLARK TEAM. More

Pete Acree was my service guy and he kept me informed of what he expected to do and then on what they had actually done to my car. The waiting room facilities are great - plenty of seats, big screen TVs, a play room for kids, a quiet room for adults, a wi-fi room, a manicurist, a counter selling snacks and drinks. Really, you could live there! My car was ready before I had finished the newspaper. More
