Radio for my new Toyota Highlander We were surprised to see that our radio did not work on our brand new car and I brought it in and was met by Pete Acree and upon inspection he told me We were surprised to see that our radio did not work on our brand new car and I brought it in and was met by Pete Acree and upon inspection he told me that he would order a new radio ASAP and get it in as soon as possible. He called the next week and I took my car in and after about 45 minutes Pete came and got me and told me that the radio was in and working and he enjoyed serving me. I was pleased to receive such prompt and courteous service and so far our new radio is working and we are very happy with our experience with Scott Clark Toyota. Thanks, Pete and Cathy Murray More

I bought my 2007 Toyota 4-Runner at Scott Clark mainly because of the "Tires for Life" program. The program was explained to me that the tires on the car would be replaced after normal wear and tear if t because of the "Tires for Life" program. The program was explained to me that the tires on the car would be replaced after normal wear and tear if they had been rotated at Scott Clark. I drove all the way across town every 5 thousand miles for my oil change and for my tire rotations. Well, my car is now 6 years old. The tires are very worn and are showing signs of dry rot. The rot has extended down to the sidewall now. We have had professionals take a look at the tires and have deemed them completely unsafe. My husband made an appointment and took the car in to show them the damage to the tires. He was told that since there was no steel showing through the dry rotted areas, the tires were perfectly safe. They also said that the tires still had a little bit of life left in the tread. Really? I drive two twins around Charlotte roads every day, and I have been told by numerous professionals (not trying to sell me tires) that the tires were in poor, poor shape. Essentially, you have to come to then with completely BALD tires in horrible condition before they will honor their "Tires for Life" program. It is such a way to get people in the door and to trap them into buying a vehicle from their dealership. It's all smoke and mirrors. I ended up paying for some warranty plan that I didn't even realize I was buying. My whole experience with them has been a bad one, and this last bit really, really put a bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend them to anyone. There are tons of more reputable Toyota dealerships around. Go give them a try, but please stay away from Scott Clark. It's a money making machine and nothing else. More

Would take a book to tell the whole story, but I'll try to keep it short and sweet. We came to Scott Clark Toyota after buying a used Honda van from Scott Clark Honda, 1 week prior. The experience there wa to keep it short and sweet. We came to Scott Clark Toyota after buying a used Honda van from Scott Clark Honda, 1 week prior. The experience there was a disaster from start to finish. They finally agreed to let me switch cars with another on the lot. There was not another car on their lot I wanted, but there was a Toyota van on Toyota lot that I was interested in. They referred me to Toyota dealership, to Frank Bertulglia. I thought I was being referred to a manager because of my situation but that was not the case. Frank is a sales guy and when I figured that out, I was not happy at the thought of starting whole process over. I quickly told him my story and what I wanted. He got Jim Cline (manager) involved promptly. I told Mr.CLine my story and he proceeded to call manager at Honda dealership to figure out what went so wrong. After speaking with them he informed me that they would get me in the vehicle I wanted for the same deal I had on the Honda. I was extremely pleased, as I loved my old Toyota van. They made the deal happen and we took the new van home that night! No waiting several days and then returning to the dealership 7 times after that, for them to fix stuff (which is what happened at the Honda place) Service department called a few days later to schedule my auto butler service and to install all weather mats (which was part of the deal). I've dealt with Pete Acree in the service department for years and as always he was great. They set me up with a loaner for a few hours while they worked on it. Oh and the best part of the whole deal is the Toyota van is a year newer and way less mileage than the Honda I had purchased. They really went over and beyond, especially since it was not their problem to fix in the first place!! It was a very, merry Christmas for us, in the end. Thank you to all that were involved and we look forward to a relationship with you for many years to come. My kids are already talking about what Toyota car they want, when it's time! Look out! (they are only 13, 9, and 5) hehe. More

Waiting area is very nice, bright & open. I would like to have computers available to use (like the Lexus dealership). Pete is always friendly, personable & explains things well. I have bought 3 cars from Scott Clark and use them for servicing my car. I used to work with a service man named Jason who is no longer there, and he was very good. Since he left I have been working with servicing my car. I used to work with a service man named Jason who is no longer there, and he was very good. Since he left I have been working with Pete. I can't say enough about him. He is always ready to help me and most courteous. He answers my questions and tries his best to advise me as to the most needed service at the time. I have 2005 Camry and he has helped me keep it in great shape. I would not go to any other dealership to buy a Toyota or to service my car. Pete makes me feel confident that the work to be done on my car will be done correctly and that I will not have any trouble. Thank you Pete and Scott Clark Toyota dealership. More

Ever since I purchased my Highlander from Scott Clark Toyota I have had Pete Acree as my service advisor. He is a perfect example of why they are called advisors. My Toyota has not had any service prob Toyota I have had Pete Acree as my service advisor. He is a perfect example of why they are called advisors. My Toyota has not had any service problems so the only reason I go in for service is routine maintenance. Pete always takes time to explain what is scheduled and why it should be done. He always has a smile on his face. He is one of the most courteous and friendly people I have ever worked with in a car dealership. I trust Pete to tell me what is best for my vehicle. When I needed to purchase tires I didn't even think about going to a discount dealer or try to buy them from a wholesale club. I called Pete and he helped me make the best choice for my tires. He also explained the advantage of having nitrogen filled tires. After he explained it I understood the advantage. I love the new facility. While waiting to have my car serviced I can choose from one of many waiting areas. I love the quiet fireplace room and each waiting room has a television. The play room for the children is great and they have their own TV as well. They can play inside while the parent sits outside but still has a clear view to watch them carefully. I like the privacy of the business center. You can work on your laptop and not feel everyone is looking over your shoulder. I highly recommend Scott Clark Toyota for sales and service. More
