Jesse did a great job of listening to me when I spoke about what I wanted and not trying to upsell me to something that wouldn't fit. He was also very responsive when I called out of his normal work hour about what I wanted and not trying to upsell me to something that wouldn't fit. Rudy Luther made us a generous offer on our Carolla with a failed transmission and Dave had acted quickly to find us the perfect match based on our discussions. The next morning we arrived at the dealership, and he had selected 1 car for us to test, and that was the car we drove off the lot with an hour later. The entire process was fluid and the staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. We love our car, and would recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle to call Dave Thomas at Rudy Luther.
