Was totally lied to and jerked around by Pete Gascon. They did not do the recall work as they said they needed more information as far as VIN plate for my vehicle. Called another Toyota dealership and ha They did not do the recall work as they said they needed more information as far as VIN plate for my vehicle. Have turned this matter over to my attorney for their refusal to complete the recall work and wasting over 4 hours of my day. More

The service manager lied to my face about an issue with my vehicle. He let me drive off knowing that there was a problem and then denied it.
