Injecting a dye into the Freon gas is the proper method to detect a leak, which the technician did not perform. During my service visit regarding the Venza, I expressed my concern to the service representative that the air conditioner fails to cool effectively while in EV mode or when the vehicle is idling. In contrast, it performs exceptionally well in other situations. Given this, it was unnecessary to replace the AC condenser. My son researched and discovered that during Toyota's recall of the "Electronic Stability Control Module Software," some technicians neglected to reconnect the engine cooling fan harness. Your dealership performed the recall service but failed to reconnect this harness. According to information from Reddit, after I plugged in the harness, the air conditioner now cools when running in the EV mode or while idling. More

The service manager lied to my face about an issue with my vehicle. He let me drive off knowing that there was a problem and then denied it. I was told by management that they would be helping me out but s my vehicle. He let me drive off knowing that there was a problem and then denied it. I was told by management that they would be helping me out but so far nothing has been done. I have been ignored and dismissed, and feel lied to yet again. I don't understand how a company can run on business practices such as these. More
