Was totally lied to and jerked around by Pete Gascon. They did not do the recall work as they said they needed more information as far as VIN plate for my vehicle. Called another Toyota dealership and ha They did not do the recall work as they said they needed more information as far as VIN plate for my vehicle. Called another Toyota dealership and had the repair done within a couple of days. Have turned this matter over to my attorney for their refusal to complete the recall work and wasting over 4 hours of my day. More
