Keystone excels with its customer service. We've had two Volvo's now and the service quality was a big determinant in our decision to buy the second one. I purchased a V70 in 2007 from Keystone Motors Doylestown and have had it serviced exclusively there since. They are true to their "no pressure, no hype" motto. The sales process was easy and straight forward with none of the new-car pricing games other dealers often play. In the last four years, the service and body departments have taken excellent care of me and my car. Warranty issues were taken care of quickly and easily. Loaner cars mean I don't have to organize my life around their service schedule. Regular maintenance has been performed accurately and fairly priced. Their "Keystone Kash" customer loyalty program makes their service prices competitive with other dealers. When a deer destroyed the front end of my car, their body shop made it look like new again. Bottom line, I have found Keystone Motors Doylestown to be a great place to meet all my Volvo sales, service and body shop needs. If you're looking for any of these services, do yourself a favor and include them in your search. You'll most likely be very happy. More

I can highly recommend Keystone Volvo, having bought at least 10 cars there in the past 25 years. We also use this dealership for all of our auto service and auto body work. This dealership is dedicated to making sure that their customers are satisfied, and that the cars they service are safe. Everyone, from the owner to the sales and service departments are extremely helpful. The people are patient, and very willing to help with whatever questions or issues we have had over the years. Their advice is sound and logical: and they truly listen and act upon a customer's request, whenever possible. I trust Keystone Volvo and value their integrity and willingness to do whatever it takes to make the driving experience a great one. More

Keystone Motors of Doylestown gets and overall outstanding review from me of 5 which should really mean exceptional. I have been a customer for over 7 years. The service is at the TOP of its gam outstanding review from me of 5 which should really mean exceptional. I have been a customer for over 7 years. The service is at the TOP of its game! Pete and Ben in the service department always make me feel like family and get my car serviced usually that day and I never have to take day off work which is important. They work with my schedule and needs. Jeffrey and Paul are great sales people which understood what I was looking for and met my needs fiancially. Jeff sold me my first car and Paul just sold me my second Volvo. All of these employees have worked at Keystone for years which is a sign of a stable company that retains their employees. Craig the manager is great too. Really made me feel like a top rated customer. The whole staff at this organization always takes care of my needs, resolve issues promptly and are friendly and courteous which is how customers should be treated and which is the number #1 reason why I did not buy a different brand of car because I did not want to leave this organization and their level of service. I just could not think about going somewhere else and risk losing this level of service. Plus Volvo is a great product. More
