Please be VERY CAREFUL taking your vehicle to be serviced at this dealership. I took my Volvo S60 to be serviced and while paying for the services, my vehicle keys were inadvertently handed over to a random at this dealership. I took my Volvo S60 to be serviced and while paying for the services, my vehicle keys were inadvertently handed over to a random customer, and my vehicle was being driven off the dealership lot right before my eyes. Both the Service Manager and General Manager failed to take accountability, claiming the customer was confused. This is a huge liability as the customer also accessed my personal documents while in my vehicle. More

Just picked up our 7th Volvo, this one the XC60. Joe Craig is always great to work with. I asked them to hold a car for two weeks and they obliged with no deposit required. I've worked with Pete in service since 2002. People are friendly, nice, let you know now about possible work coming up in the future so you are prepared (like new tires or the cost of a 60,000 People are friendly, nice, let you know now about possible work coming up in the future so you are prepared (like new tires or the cost of a 60,000 mile service, new tires by next state inspection, etc. They always notify you before doing anything extra they find and give you options. Even did work on my wife's Mustang GT when the Ford dealer couldn't fit her in. All work done well, on time, no hassle. More

Everyone is very pleasant, but be careful how you describe the problem(s) you want fixed. I had a check-engine light and offhandedly mentioned that the accelerator had quit on me to emphasize the ser describe the problem(s) you want fixed. I had a check-engine light and offhandedly mentioned that the accelerator had quit on me to emphasize the seriousness of the check-engine problem. They took this as a request to do diagnostics on the pedal that probably doubled the cost of the service. More
